Simplivia Presents Innovative Chemfort^® CSTD at MEDICA 2021

Together with our colleagues at HMS Pharma, Simplivia presented our Chemfort™ Closed System Drug-Transfer Device (CSTD) at MEDICA 2021, the leading global trade fair for the medical sector. MEDICA 2021 was held in Dusseldorf, Germany, from November 15 - 18.

While last year’s MEDICA was held virtually due to Covid-19, this year was special as MEDICA returned as an on-site event. Simplivia was pleased to demonstrate our leading CSTD technology live and in-person!

Simplivia’s Chemfort™ CSTD provides safety and confidence for healthcare professionals when handling hazardous drugs. A recent study in the Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice using real chemotherapy drugs demonstrated that Chemfort™ is an effective air-cleaning Closed System Drug-Transfer Device that prevents the release of cytotoxic drugs, vapors and aerosols under extreme conditions.
