Spike Port Adaptor

The Tevadaptor^® Spike Port Adaptor connects between a standard IV bag or polyethylene bottle and any (gravity or pump) IV administration set with a proximal spike connector. Drug dilution is done simply and without the need for priming in the pharmacy. The closed connection on the spike port adaptor allows safe drug transfer from a syringe adaptor to the IV bag or bottle. Upon attachment the “click” sound indicates a safe connection between the 2 components.

Simply Spike, Inject and Connect

The Tevadaptor^® Spike Port Adaptor is designed to fit all commonly available bag or bottle types. Any standard IV container can be spiked with the Spike Port Adaptor. Drugs can then be added safely via the side port. For administration, an administration set is connected to the end of the Spike Port Adaptor. Simply spike, inject and connect.
